Please read these terms before booking an appointment, treatment or training course with Star Aesthetics.
Our Booking Terms
By making a booking with Star Aesthetics Clinic & Academy, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms are intended to help appointments and training sessions run smoothly and to make our booking policies clear.
A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Where applicable, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the booked treatment in accordance with the booking terms shown at the time of reservation.
Please arrive in sufficient time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the clinic may need to shorten, rearrange or cancel the appointment depending on the treatment and the remaining time available.
Where the appointment can no longer be completed because of a late arrival, the original appointment charge may still apply.
Treatment is subject to consultation, assessment and individual suitability where appropriate. A practitioner may decide not to proceed with a treatment where they consider it inappropriate or where further assessment is required.
If you are unsure about a treatment, we recommend booking a consultation before reserving a treatment appointment.
Where a treatment appointment has been specifically reserved and the client chooses not to proceed on the day, the clinic's applicable booking or cancellation charge may still apply.
Clients should provide accurate and relevant information requested during consultation or prior to treatment, including information that may affect treatment suitability.
Please inform the clinic of any relevant changes before a subsequent appointment.
The following additional terms apply to students booking Masterclasses or training courses with Star Aesthetics Academy.
Prices, deposits and other charges applicable to a booking will be those communicated or displayed at the time the appointment or training course is booked.
Where a third-party booking or payment service is used, additional terms displayed by that service may also apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UK consumer law.
Where there is a conflict between these terms and a mandatory legal right, the applicable legal right will prevail.
