Welcome to Star Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or training course with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

1. Appointment Policy

Booking Fee & Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Notice Period: If you need to rearrange, you may do so once, using the same deposit, provided you give us no less than 48 hours’ notice. The new appointment must be within 30 days.
• Loss of Deposit: If you need to rearrange again after this first change, the non-refundable deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
• Late Cancellations/No-Show: The full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a “no show”.

Exceptions: Serious/contagious illness or emergency (proof required) - at our discretion.

2. Late Arrivals & Change of Mind

• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the treatment. The full price will still apply.
• Change of Mind: If you decide not to go ahead with the planned treatment on the day, the full price of the originally scheduled appointment applies.

Recommendation: If unsure, please schedule a CONSULTATION FIRST.

3. Training Academy Terms

For students booking our Masterclasses or Training Courses:

• Course Deposits: All training courses require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place, cover model allocation, and administrative setup.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of training before the session begins.
• Cancellations: Training deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the academy and may incur an administrative fee due to the complexity of arranging live models.
• Models: While we provide models, we are not responsible for model cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavor to find a replacement.
